S100A10 and annexin A2 protein levels in tissues from S100A10−/− mice. Annexin A2 and S100A10 protein levels were analyzed by Western blot in tissues isolated from wild-type (WT) and S100A10−/− mice. Annexin A2 protein levels decreased in lung (a), kidney (c), and spleen (d), were not detectable in liver (b) and were unaltered in the small intestine (e). As expected, S100A10 protein levels were not detected in tissues isolated from S100A10−/− mice.
