LMG reduced H2O2-induced intracellular ROS levels. RAW264.7 cells were treated with H2O2 (20  𝜇 M) and LMG (100  𝜇 g/mL) for 30 min, and intracellular ROS levels were measured using DCFDA fluorescent staining and fluorescence microscopy. Left panels, untreated control; middle panels, H2O2 added alone; right panels, co-treatment with H2O2 and LMG. Images in the upper panels were captured using bright-field microscopy (original magnification 200x), and those in the lower panels were captured using fluorescence microscopy.
