Confocal microscopic observation of INHA cellular distribution in porcine oocytes isolated from small, medium, and large follicles before and after IVM. Porcine oocytes isolated from small, medium, and large follicles were stained before and after IVM with porcine INHA (before IVM; (a), (b), and (c) and after IVM; (d), (e), and (f)), (goat polyclonal anti-INHA, sc-22048). The treated oocytes were labeled for 40 min with FITC-conjugated anti-goat IgG Ab, which emits a green fluorescent signal after excitation at 488 nm at a 1 : 200 dilution in PBS. Bars are 50 μm.
