The inhibitory effects of ARB, losartan, on the high glucose-induced CYP11B2 expression in NRCMs. NRCMs were grown in culture medium containing either 5.5 mM (gray) or 25 mM (black) glucose for four hours, with or without 10−7 M of losartan ( each).
