Interaction of Human Dopa Decarboxylase with L-Dopa: Spectroscopic and Kinetic Studies as a Function of pH

<table>Time-resolved spectra for the reaction of hDDC with L-Dopa. Rapid scanning stopped-flow spectra obtained upon reaction of hDDC (20 <i>μ</i>M) with L-Dopa (2 mM) in Tris-Bis-propane, pH 7.4, at 25°C. Spectra were taken between 1 and 100 ms at 1 ms intervals and between 101 and 200 ms at 10 ms intervals. </table>
