Sequence comparison between pGFP-F2A₂₀-CherryFP and pGFP2AGUS constructs. While the downstream genes were different (CherryFP or GUS, resp.), both constructs had the same upstream GFP gene and F2A of 20aa. The only difference was in the sequence immediately upstream of F2A due to different restriction sites introduced for the specific cloning purposes.
