Real-time PCR analysis of CYP19 expression in rat BMSCs. The expression of CYP19 was determined relative to the β-actin expression. Expression data (𝑛=5) were reported as fold change (2^−ΔΔCt). BMSCs cultured in high glucose DMEM alone (control) or in combination with RA treatment (10⁻⁵mol/L) for 4 days as compared with 0 day cells. The experiment was repeated three times.
