The level of IFN-γ mRNA expression of immunized mice. Mice splenocytes samples () were collected at 6 weeks after primary immunization and restimulated in vitro with purified PRRSV proteins (20 μg/mL). At 18 h, the total RNA was extracted and subjected to amplification by real-time PCR. IFN-γ quantitative RT-PCR was performed as described in Section 2. Data are presented as the mean value of triplicate sample ± S.D.
