MiR-210 expression. MiR-210 expression was downregulated in the brain 72 h after HI injury (HI) than in normal control (Cont). MiR-210 was downregulated in the brain of rats intraventricular injected with miR-210 inhibitor (anti-miR210), while upregulated in the brain of rats intraventricular injected with miR210 mimic (miR-210). Our data showed that values shown were the means ± SD of three independent experiments performed in triplicate (*).
