Effects of FA and VB12 on other antimetabolites. Drug sensitivity was analyzed by MTS assay to determine cell growth. (a) The possible effects of FA (FA + MTX) and VB12 (VB12 + MTX) on MTX (800 nM) treatment were measured on day 5. (b) The possible effects of FA (FA + 5-FU) and VB12 (VB12 + 5-FU) on 5-FU (1, 2, 5 μM) treatment were measured on day 4. The value was determined by Student’s t-test.
