Animals were pretreated with oral administration of different doses of SART 1 h prior to carrageenan (1%) injection into the SAP. The results are presented as mean ± S.D. Statistical significance was calculated by ANOVA followed by Bonferroni’s test. when comparing latex-treated mice to the vehicle-treated group; when comparing vehicle-treated mice to the PBS-treated group.
