Western blot analysis of mAb ricin binding activity. RTB (0.4 μg, each lane) was migrated by 10% SDS-PAGE in reducing (lanes 2, 4, 6, and 8) or nonreducing (lanes 3, 5, 7, and 9) condition and transferred to nitrocellulose membrane. Membranes were probed with each mAb, respectively, and followed by antimouse antibody-HRP before finally being developed with ECL kit. The image was recorded using the VersaDoc 5000 MP imagining system. Lane 1 is molecular weight marker.
