Gene Entropy-Fractal Dimension Informatics with Application to Mouse-Human Translational Medicine

Figure 1

The mRNA 2D map of the studied mouse-human pairs. The -axis represents dinucleotide entropy in bits per symbol, and -axis presents the fractal dimension. 16S rRNA (diamond), ID1 (square), PLCZ1 (cross), RNF4 (circle), ESR1 (plus), and Myc (bar) have lower fractal dimensions for human. The LMNA (triangle) and HAR1 have higher fractal dimension for human.
