Acetaminophen (APAP) induces dose-dependent lethality and LTB4 production in the liver. (a) WT mice were treated with APAP (0.3, 1, 3, and 6 g/kg) or saline per oral, and lethality was assessed. The lethality induced by APAP was monitored at 6 h intervals during 72 h. , representative of three separate experiments.
