FTIR spectra of (a) CS/nHAp composite and (b) CS/nHAp-modified decellularized scaffold and decellularized scaffold. Peak corresponding to the free amino group (between 1220 and 1020 cm−1) is present in the CS/nHAp composite, but got reduced in the CS/nHAp-modified decellularized scaffold, indicating the crosslinking of –NH2 group of CS/nHAp composite with the –COOH group of the decellularized scaffold.
