Showing %cell viability and IC50 values observed after ((a)-(b)) 24 hr and ((c)-(d)) 48 hr, following treatment of various formulations in H460 lung cancer cell line. Cell viability was performed on H460 (Lung cancer cell lines) cells in RPMI medium supplemented with 10% FBS and 1% Penicillin-Streptomycin mixture. Cell incubation was done in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2 at °C. All formulations were applied as freshly prepared solutions between 0.001 and 100 μM concentrations. The absorbance of formazan crystals dissolved in lysis buffer was measured at 570 nm using ELISA microplate reader at °C. Results are represented as mean S.D ( ).
