In vitro inhibition of HUVEC proliferation by sFLT-1. sFLT-1 treated HUVEC with conditioned media of K562-sFLT-1 was subjected to MTS analysis. sFLT-1 treated cells versus GFP treated or untreated cells. Each data point is presented as mean ± SEM. Test results were considered statistically significant as 𝑃 value (0.001) was less than 0.05. Results indicate the rate of cell proliferation in HUVEC affected by sFLT-1.
