Values of thecombination index (CI) when lasalocid was combined with silybin concentration range in LMH and L6 cells culture used conversion of tetrazolium salt (MTT) as an indicator of cell metabolism, coomassie brilliant blue (CBB) assay to evaluate cell proliferation and lactate dehydrogenase release (LDH) as an indicator of membrane integrity. CI value significantly higher than 1 indicates antagonism, CI not significantly different from 1 indicates addition, and CI significantly less than 1 indicates synergism (***).
