PLIN2 and LD colocalize in macrophages stimulated by MT-II. Macrophages incubated with RPMI (control) or MT-II (0.8 μM) for 3 h were labeled for LDs (fluorescent Nile Red) and for PLIN2 (FITC-conjugated immunocomplex).
