Effects of inhibitors of c cPLA2 and iPLA2 on MT-II induced LDs formation. Peritoneal macrophages were incubated with Pyr-2 (1 μM) or BEL (2 μM) compounds for 30 min and then with MT-II (0.8 μM) for 3 h. LDs were quantified using light microscopy after osmium staining.
