The effects of molybdate concentrations on molybdate reduction by isolate DRY1. Isolate DRY1 was grown at 20°C for 72 hours in low phosphate liquid medium (pH 7.0) containing (w/v) glucose (1%), MgSO47H2O (0.05%), NaCl (0.5%), yeast extract (0.05%), Na2HPO42H2O (0.05%), and ammonium sulphate (0.2%).
