Each group contains 6 animals. All data were presented as mean ± SD. Statistical significance compared to control [^a𝑃<0.05, ^b𝑃<0.01, ^c𝑃<0.001] and toxic control [^x𝑃<0.05, ^y𝑃<0.01, ^z𝑃<0.001] using one way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni test.
