IFN- responses induced by PPD-B fractions in BCG-vaccinated cattle (). PPD-B fractions were tested at a concentration of 36 μg/mL. Aliquots of 25 μL of each fraction were added to 200 μL of blood samples. The results for each animal are represented by different vertical lines. The fractions were tested with blood of animals taken at 0, 30, and 60 dpv.
