Effect of osthole on DOX-induced ROS overproduction. Cell pretreated with osthole 2 h before exposure to 5 μM of DOX. The fluorescence intensity of DCF was measured in a microplate reader at an excitation wavelength of 488 nm and an emission wavelength of 535 nm.
