Western immunoblot analysis of ORP150/GRP170 expression in fibroblasts incubated with various concentration of bortezomib in normoxic (lanes: 1–3) and hypoxic (lanes: 4–6) conditions for 12 h, 24 h and 48 h. Lanes 1 and 4—without bortezomib, lanes 2 and 5—with bortezomib—25 nmol/L, lanes 3 and 6—with bortezomib—50 nmol/L. Samples containing 20 μg of protein were submitted to electrophoresis and immunoblotting.
