Proliferation of PC-12 cells cultured on bare glass coverslips with and without FBS-covered graphene on them after 1, 3, 5, and 7 days of incubation. At the end of each incubation period, the WST-8 assay was performed to examine the cell proliferation as described in materials and methods. Data were expressed as deviation (SD) based on at least duplicate observations from three independent experiments.
