Reduction in FUS-positive cytoplasmic granules by PTE under stress conditions. (a) SK-N-SH cells stably expressing R521C FUS/TLS were treated with or without PTE (200 μg/mL) for 24 h. (b) SK-N-SH cells stably expressing R521C FUS/TLS were treated with or without PTE (200 μg/mL) for 24 h, following treatment with 1 mM arsenite. Cells were subsequently fixed and analyzed by immunofluorescence microscopy using anti-V5 antibody and DAPI.
