Mixed Protocol—phase two. The number of substitution hours (24,49) has been calculated by dividing the cost of the first two weeks of additional therapy (€170,21) by the hourly saving (€6,95) determined by the substitutive therapy. The so-calculated substitution hours correspond to 58,78 sessions lasting 25 minutes each, which can be delivered (twice a day) in less than 6 weeks to pay back the cost of the additional therapy.
