The Antileukemia Activity of Natural Product HQ17(3) Is Possibly Associated with Downregulation of miR-17-92 Cluster

Detection of level change of miRNA upon treatment with HQ17(3). (a) U937 cells were cultured with/without 3 μM of HQ17(3) for 24 h. The changes in miRNA levels were detected by an Agilent human miRNA array R12. The miRNA levels exhibiting apparent change (>1.43-fold or <0.7-fold and signal >60) were presented. (b) K562, Molt-4, and Ramos were cultured with/without 3 μM of HQ17(3) for 24 h. The level change of miR-17 and miR-19 were monitored by qRT-PCR. The experiments were conducted in triplicate. Means ± SD are shown. compared to mock.
