Time course of calcein release from NCR-treated C. albicans WO-1 cells. Calcein-loaded cells were treated with the peptides at 50 μg/mL concentration and the fluorescence of the released calcein was measured with a microtiter plate reader (excitation 485 nm, emission 530 nm).
