Anti-mSEB titers in mice following immunization. Groups of female BALB/c mice () were immunized intraperitoneally on day 0 and boosted on days 14 and 28 days with 1 mg transgenic seed extract plus adjuvant. Bleeds were collected just prior to immunization on days 0, 14, and 28, and again on day 42. ELISAs were performed to determine serum IgG anti-mSEB reactivity. Absorbance values (405 nm) represent serum tested at a 1 : 27000 dilution and are presented as mean anti-mSEB titers and error bars represent standard deviation.
