Medium composition.

MediumComposition

HBMS salts (Murashige and Skoog) + 6% sucrose + 0.3 g/L inositol v5 + vitamins + 2 mg/L NAA + 2 mg/L 2,4-D + 0.1 g/L glutamine + 2.5 g/L Gelrite.
HB liquidHB media without agar.
OSMHB media with addition of 0.2 M acetosyringone; sucrose was increased to 10%.
CCMHB liquid with addition of 0.2 M acetosyringone.
LBLB-Lennox formula which contained 10 g tryptone, 5 g yeast extract, and 5 mg of NaCl in 1 litre.
