Achieved echocardiography parameters of fetal and adult rat hearts. Worsening of indicators was observed in Iso2 and adult Iso group compared to normal ones. ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, and ^∗∗∗𝑃<0.0001 indicated that there were significant differences between such group and control group.
