Tityus serrulatus venom-induced inflammation. BALB/c mice were injected i.p. with 0.1 mL of VTs (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, or 0.8 mg/kg). After 6 hours, peritoneal lavage was performed with PBS and the cell number was determined in a Neubauer chamber. , , compared to PBS and 0.8 mg/kg group.
