Cytotoxic Effect of Icaritin and Its Mechanisms in Inducing Apoptosis in Human Burkitt Lymphoma Cell Line

Icaritin inhibited cell growth of Burkitt lymphoma cell lines. The Raji and P3HR-1 cells were treated with DMSO (0 μM icaritin) or the indicated concentrations of icaritin for the indicated time. The cells were harvested, and the cell viability was evaluated using the MTT assay. Data was expressed in mean±SD from three independent experiments (^∗𝑃<0.05, ^#𝑃<0.025, and ^$𝑃<0.0005 compared to control cells, 0 μM).
