Bioassay-based categorization of 70 retail foods according to their potential for supporting cereulide production. Bioluminescence intensity produced by the cereulide synthesis reporter strain F4810/72(pMDX[P₁/luxABCDE]) was measured after 24 hours of incubation at 24°C.
