Effects of aaptamines 1–3 on the EGF-induced neoplastic transformation and colony formation of murine epithelial JB6 P+ Cl41 cells. Cells in a soft agar were treated with the indicated concentrations of the substances for one week. All experiments were performed in triplicate and repeated at least two times. -, statistically significant differences between treated and untreated control cells (Student’s -test).
