The primers for human and the primers for rat including Nes, Nefm, Tubb3, Map2, Tau, Atp1a1, Nckap1, Homer3, Vdac1 and Cr1l were used for real-time RT-PCR. Primers including Atp1a1, Nckap1, Homer3, Vdacc1 and Cr1l which were also identified in proteomics analysis and other 60 primers for rat were used for RT-PCR identification, of the 65 identified proteins, 63 were confirmed to be expressed in rBMMSCs.
