(a) HPLC of ¹⁸F-FTP showed radiochemical purity >96% using C-18 RP (MeOH : water = 7 : 3) at flow rate 0.5 mL/min; (b) radio-TLC of ¹⁸F-FTP showed greater than 96% purity using mobile phase ammonium acetate (1 M) : methanol (4 : 1, v : v).
