Note: Cells viability was monitored by the MTT assay. Cells were treated with gradient Aroclor 1254 for 48 h, and the viability was monitored. Cell viability was expressed as mean ± SEM. The inhibition ratio (IR) = 1 − (the test group OD value/the control group OD value). Compared with the control group, values marked with different letters are significant (𝑃<0.05).
