Downregulation of TNF-α-induced NF-κB activation in KBM5 cells. KBM-5 cells were incubated with 5 𝜇M dose of tested compounds for 8 h and then treated with 0.1 nM TNF-α for 30 min. Nuclear extracts were prepared and assayed for NF-κB activation using EMSA. The fold downmodulation of NF-κB as compared to TNF-α is shown.
