Early apoptosis in HepG2 cells exposed to EtOAc crude extract of P. minus. HepG2 cells () were incubated with EtOAc crude extract of P. minus (18–100 μg/mL) for different periods (24, 48, and 72 h) at 37°C. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry using annexin-V and FITC.
