Resveratrol upregulates the expression of catalase (a) and MnSOD (b) in MCF-7 cells. Resveratrol (1 nM) increased mRNA levels of catalase and Mn-superoxide dismutase (; versus control), and these effects were prevented when coincubating with the PTEN inhibitor (20 nM). Data are expressed as means + SD for 3 different experiments.
