Effect of alginate-poly-L-lysine-alginate (APA) microencapsulated B. infantis ATCC 15697 supplementation on fecal organic acids concentrations at endpoint (day 38). F344 rats were gavaged daily with APA microencapsulated B. infantis ATCC 15697 or saline during 38 days.
