rhPDGF-BB Promotes Proliferation and Osteogenic Differentiation of Bone Marrow Stromal Cells from Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats through ERK Pathway

rhPDGF-BB-induced osteogenic differentiation in diabetic BMSCs was inhibited by suppression of ERK pathway. Cells were pre-treated with or without 20 μM PD98059 for 1 h and treated with 10 ng/mL rhPDGF-BB. The unmanipulated cells were used as controls.
