Antigen-specific IgG antibody responses in BALB/c mice vaccinated with a single dose of EV71 inactivated virus formulated with different adjuvant. BALB/c mice () were i.m. vaccinated with 0.2 g of inactivated EV71 virus alone or formulated with Alum or PELC emulsified particles. At week 8, serum samples were collected from blood and the antibodies were measured by ELISA; the reactivity of neutralization epitope or was determined by peptide ELISA. The data were presented as GMTs with standard errors of six mice per group. : comparison with the group without adjuvant. #: comparison with the group of Alum adjuvant.
