Effect of BaTX-I, BaTX-II, and BaPLA2 on macrophage viability. 2 × 105 J774A.1 macrophages were incubated with different concentrations of toxins or RPMI (control) for 60 minutes at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2. The viability of macrophages was assessed by a Trypan blue exclusion test. Values represent the mean ± S.E.M. from 3 independent experiments.
