Cell viability in (a) SVEC4-10 and (b) HUVEC following toxic damage with 0−1000 mM ethanol. The cells were treated with ethanol for three consecutive days. Every 24 hours, a subgroup was stained with MTT. Optical density was determined at 560 nm.
