Serum TGF-β, IL-17, and IL-23 levels in T1D and T2D patients and healthy controls. TGF-β levels were significantly lower in T1D patients than controls. Comparison of TGF-β level between two control groups indicated it was lower in the T2D control group (). Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
