Nucleotide substitutions detected in the inlC, plcA, plcB, and inlB genes. The Lm2831, Lm4, and Lm33 isolates were aligned with L. monocytogenes EGDe and the previously described mutant strains. Asterisks indicate the start and stop codons, dots represent identical nucleotides, and numbers indicate the positions of the substitutions.
